I think about the only way you could do smth like that is with the looksmenu mod, and using the color sliders, but sadly there is no port of it for console (and i'm not totally sure there ever will be due to limitations). It's not that pale, and it's also rough, which makes it look less pale. Does anyone know how to create and apply custom colors for skin and hair at the surgery center? Do i need to have a mod for that?
